You're My Hero From Kellybell Designs

The movie 'The Incredibles' first aired in November 2004 about a crime fighting, super hero family that's forced to hide their super powers and live in suburbia.  Sound familiar?  What kind of super hero powers are you hiding?  Can you make dinner while feeding the baby and talking on the phone?  Can you juggle your children's homework, play dates, practice, games and scouting schedule while you're working full-time?  Just like Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, we're full of genuine super powers too!

Celebrating the super hero theme, Kelly is introducing a smashingly powerful kit called....

YOU'RE MY HERO!

'You're My Hero!' is filled with 16 papers in bold colors and patterns.  There's a sparkly white with gold glitter trim alpha along with more than 50 super hero elements.  Check out the building silhouette, speech bubbles, star burst explosions, name tags, masks and other cool accessories.

Kelly is also introducing a new page starter pack full of clustered frames and ribbons, page borders and word art.  Plop these down on your page and you've got an instant layout!!

'You're My Hero!' kit and page starters are on sale this weekend only for 25% off.  You can find all of Kelly's fabulous designs at Kellybell Designs Store.

The colors in this kit are so bright and playful.  It's just perfect for combining the blue and white colors for our meeting with Frozone.  Here's what I scrapped with 'You're My Hero!'.  Can't wait to start working on a red/yellow/orange page for Mr. and Mrs. Incredible.

Updated Kit Add-on For That Wooden Puppet

Natalie's got a wonderful character kit for you today called 'No Strings Attached' that's perfect for scrapping your Pinocchio pages.  It's just a lovely mix of yellow, red and blue and check out the Pinocchio hat, puppet strings, paint cans, bird cage, books and apple.

'No Strings Attached' was originally released last year, but Natalie had added several new elements and an alpha to the kit since her son Danny has been on such a Pinocchio kit lately.  If you already own 'No Strings Attached', then you can pick up the Add-On kit that contains just the alpha and the new elements.

As we were leaving Magic Kingdom, we spotted Pinocchio and ran over to say hello.  The line wasn't long at all so we snapped a few photos before heading back to the hotel.  He's a pretty short little wooden puppet!

Natalie's paper colors, textures and patterns are always fabulous.  Head over to Natalie's Blog to pick up this kit and to browse all the other character kits.  Plus she's got a freebie for you to match 'No Strings Attached'.  Speaking of freebies, I have one too!  It's a paper stack, perfect for starting your Pinocchio page.  Enjoy and happy scrapping!

Kellybell Designs Park Hopper Blog Train

Welcome to Kellybell Designs Park Hopper Blog Train!
You should have arrived here from Julie's Blog.

Magic Kingdom is full of thrill rides, shows and characters.  As we make our way to Adventureland, you'll want to check out the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.  You'll be singing Yo Ho Yo Ho, a Pirate's Life for Me when you finish the ride.  Maybe you can participate in the Jack Sparrow Pirate Tutorial.  For all your pirate pictures, you'll want to have 'Walk The Plank' and 'Yo Ho Yo Ho-Redo' to make those perfect pirate pages.

Walk The Plank

Yo Ho Yo Ho - Redo

Also in Adventureland is Jungle Cruise.  What a cool boat ride that it!  The captain makes all kinds of corny jokes and puns as you sail through the Amazon and Nile rivers checking out the safari animals and the head hunters.  'Land of Adventure' is a great kit full of jungle animals, safari hats and tikis.

Land of Adventure

As you cross from Adventureland into Frontierland, you can take a thrilling and rickety ride on Big Thunder Mountain.  Maybe even meet Sheriff Woody or Frontier Donald.  For all your photos from Frontierland, you'll want to grab 'On The Frontier'.

On The Frontier

Outrageously Wicked By Natalie's Place Designs

Disney has so many sweet and beloved characters and princesses.  And when it comes to the villains, Disney certainly knows how to make a really bad guy or an evil woman!  Seriously though, don't you just really love some of the villains -- like Cruella De Vil.  She's just downright mean and nasty, but she dresses really well.  It's hard to hate her!  At Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, you can meet all these villains at the mix and mingle.  Natalie's newest kit called 'Outrageously Wicked' is all about villains.  The paper colors are bold and rich.  The black alpha is pretty haunting.  And there's an assortment of villain goodies included.

Check out this kit and all of Natalie's creations at Natalie's Little Corner of the World.
The combination of purple, black and green colors is so striking.  I loved being able to mix them up!  We found the Evil Queen a few trips back.  She's was pretty stone faced!  Definitely evil!!

And here's the word art title for Girls Behaving Badly!  Have a hauntingly wonderful day!

I Made It To The 2nd Round of the Disney Mom's Panel!!

Woohoo!  I'm so excited to report that I made it to the second round of the Disney Mom's Panel.  The emails just came out this afternoon and I made it!!  Gosh, I just can't breathe!!  I've been applying to the Disney Mom's Panel every year since it started in 2008.  Last year was the first year I made it to the second round.  Seems like we'll have similar requirements for this round -- answer more questions online and submit a 60 second video.  Last year, the video had to be about your favorite Disney memory.  Wonder if it will be the same topic this year.  We'll find out on Monday morning at 9am.

The Disney Mom's Panel is a group of die-hard Disney lovers that help families plan their trips to Disney locations.  They answer questions on the Panel Forum about resorts, rides, shows, dining, transportation, budgets, shopping and much more.  It's just a wonderful group of both moms and dads!

Our 2nd round application is due by midnight Friday, so I'll be freaking out until I hit that "submit" button.  Wish me luck and send me your pixie dust vibes!!

Met Any Monsters Lately??

Natalie's got a mini kit coming your way featuring some very friendly monster friends.  You're gonna love it!

A Kit For a Sassy and Fiesty Fairy!

Where do fairies come from? Have you ever seen one?
A story of the origin of fairies appears in a chapter about Peter Pan in J. M. Barrie's 1902 novel The Little White Bird, where he first introduced the character and mythology of Peter Pan. Barrie wrote, "When the first baby laughed for the first time, his laugh broke into a million pieces, and they all went skipping about. That was the beginning of fairies." Isn't that just a precious and wonderful thing to imagine? Don't we all need a little pixie dust every now and then to brighten our lives?

Tinker Bell is one of the more famous of the fairies. She's sassy and feisty and drop dead gorgeous in the strapless green leaf dress!! Today, Kelly is proud to honor her with a fabulous new kit called...

SPREAD YOUR WINGS

Kelly's filled this kit with over 50 elements including grass, mushrooms, branches, flowers, doodle swirls, ribbons, lantern, tree, leaves and 2 of the prettiest Tinker Bell characters. There's 15 papers in luscious shades of green, pink and brown and a beautiful green gel alpha.

Take a look at this Word Art pack of 7 titles. Just gorgeous!!

Fly on over to Kellybell Designs Store to purchase 'Spread Your Wings' and the matching Word Art which will be on sale for 25% off this weekend only.

When Tinker Bell flies, she leaves behind a trail of sparkling pixie dust. So while you're browsing the store, you might also want to grab some Pixie Dust Trails to give your Tinker Bell page a little more sparkle!!

Now for a little creative inspiration. Check out what I made with 'Spread Your Wings'.  I've always wanted to snap some pictures of all the bronze statues at Disneyworld.  I finally got around to it during our trip this summer.  Aren't they adorable statues?

Kelly's Creative Team will spread their own pixie dust with a few freebies for you today. Start your flight at Jessica's Blog to grab her lovely page border, then flitter on over to Julie's Blog to pick up an awesome paper stack. Then for a double dose of magic, head to Kelly's Blog where you'll find her pretty Quick Page and also Christy's sweet cluster frame.

Make sure you spread some pixie dust around to your family and friends this week!
