Kellybell Designs DSD Events and Blog Train

Today is Digital Scrapbooking Day.  It's always celebrated on the first Saturday in November.  It's a day we celebrate scrapping on our computers and cell phones.  Crazy to think how far the scrapbooking industry has come.  First it was only paper scrapping, then scrapping on your PC, now you can create a page on your phone.  Wow!

Kelly has some fun things happening today.  First is a store wide sale.  You can get 35% off everything (except bundles and gift certificates).  So head on over to the Kellybell Designs Store and browse through all her collections.  Make sure you also stay tuned into Kelly's Facebook page because she'll be tossing out some coupons throughout the day.

Kelly is offering a new kit called "Wanna Be Royal" that's available for free for one day only - Saturday November 1st.  You can find it in the store.  It's a darling kit inspired by the ugly stepsisters.  It contains 8 papers and an assortment of elements for scrapping your photos with Anastasia and Drizella.

Isn't that kit adorable?  It's got some pink items for Anastasia and some green items for Drizella.  Sweet!

Kelly's Creative Team has a Cinderella themed word art blog train for you.  This matches perfectly with the step sisters kit above.  Along the way, you can collect 15 different word art titles.  How pretty!  You're just going to love it.

Here is your blog train path:

Natalie visits Italy with her newest - Ciao A Tutti

Natalie is taking you on a trip to Italy this week. The new collection is called Ciao A Tutti and it's perfect for scrapping the Italy pavilion, meals at any Italian dining place, Epcot's Food and Wine Festival and much more.

This kit contains 16 papers. 11 flowers, 5 frames, 9 ribbons, 3 ricracs, a string, 4 buttons, 3 flairs, 4 leaves, a bunch of grapes, 2 flourishes, a row of columns, an overlay, a vase, a pasta scatter, spaghetti on a fork, a slice of pizza, a chianti bottle, a glass of wine, a toothpick pennant, 4 borders, a berry pick, a gondola, 2 gondola poles, a glitter scatter, 5 word tags, a turret, a leaning tower, a stone element and 4 alphas.

Look at the amazing word art titles Natalie has for you.  With 4 alphas in this kit, it's great to mix and match.  Take a look at all the other premade packs.

You can find this collection and all of Natalie's other amazing designs at her blog store at Natalie's Little Corner Of The World.

I made 2 layouts with this collection.  The first uses all the premades.  It was easy to start with a paper stack, add in a cluster frame, place the cluster strip on the bottom left, and use a word art on the top.  I added in some embellishments of my own and then it's done.  So easy peasy.

And here's a second page featuring that cool Neptune fountain.

I made a word art title for you, it's great for that Epcot festival.  Hope you like it!  You can also find a freebie at Cynthia's Blog and Lisa's Blog.

Mat It Out Template Pack From Natalie's Place Designs

This week Natalie has a new set of templates to release.  These 2 templates have lots of photo blocks, perfect for showing off tons of pictures.

You can find this template pack and other goodies at Natalie's Blog Store.

I used all the photo blocks for this one big photo of Goofy.  Since he's such a tall character, I thought the template was perfect for a vertical photo and title.

This template is great for showing off lots of photos.  These are from The Garden Grill character meal.

All of Natalie's collection can be found at her blog store.  Go check them out.  She's got so many fabulous kits to choose from.

I scrapped some photos from our recent trip to Disneyland in June.  I decided that I'd like to scrap this trip using a pocket style format.  Since I've made a few Disney photo books already, I thought this might be a nice change.  Plus it will challenge me to scrap in a new way.

Here are some journal cards that I made.  Thought they would be nice for your pocket scrapping pages.  Hope you like them.  Have a great week!
